Don’t discuss it with your mind, or debate it, or try to answer questions about it, or defend it.
You don’t need it.
Discussions and debates and questions and doubts and objections are the mind’s weapons of choice.
It wants you to stay engaged, no matter what, so it will throw literally anything at you to see if it sticks.
But you don’t need it.
You really don’t, no matter what the mental claims are.
So don’t, just don’t.
Instead, do this:
Thought > back off.
Another thought > back off again.
Keep doing it, doing it, doing it > back off, back off, back off.
You WILL be able to live well and do things and make choices.
