I talk about spirituality all day long.

Even though I don’t really know what it refers to.

Maybe it’s about what nobody will ever see but everybody can feel.

That which scientists can try to find and prove or dismiss forever, while it’s willingly and joyfully looking over their shoulder.

The thing we know more about when we think about it less.

This crucial sense of being alive that’s ever so humble.

In my conversations and blogs, I use words like ‘True Nature’ or ‘Real Self’, and they’re functional at best.

I talk about ‘Beyond the mind’ and ‘Within you’ and stuff like that, and it’s all very clumsy and quite haphazard.

It’s a good thing we have direct and powerful spiritual experiences, even though we might not call them that or recognize them as that.

Many people know about being in flow.

We’ve all been touched by beauty.

And most of us have come across this elusive thing called love.

Great starting points.

Spirituality doesn’t have to be something you participate in next to your normal daily life, an exotic (or not so exotic) passion, or something you have to seriously build into your…
