Everything as one.

Okay.

Let’s do a little experiment.

Look around you.

Check out your environment.

Let your eyes wander, your ears be curious.

Observe, absorb.

Here’s a question:

How many experiences do you have right now?

Is it one for everything you see?

Does every table, cup, person, cat, flower, train, bicycle, chair, itch, yawn, or sense of boredom come as a separate thing?

Or is everything you see (and hear, and smell, and feel) part of just one experience?

Because that’s how it looks to me.

One experience, containing everything at the same time.

The sense of a person.

The feeling of a leg.

The sound of traffic.

The pale blue sky with some sloppy cloud action.

A cat on the deck.

Aren’t all these ingredients of life still part of a single, non-stop experience?

It seems to me that it’s all happening within this one thing.

This one thing IS all that is happening.

One thing, ALL the time.

Can we be that?
