What happens when you wake up?

So, spiritual awakening.

What happens when you

really

really

REALLY

realize, that everything is always exactly the way it is and can’t be anything else, and there’s nothing you can ultimately do about it, and if it seems that you can, that’s also just what’s happening?

Well.

You wake up grumpy.

You snarl at the cats.

You spill a cup of hot coffee.

And swear at a client or a family member or someone in traffic.

Or you’ll be happy as fuck, just like that.

Because

life is always exactly the way it is and can’t be anything else, and there’s nothing you can ultimately do about it, and if it seems that you can, that’s also just what’s happening.

Hahaha.

Confusing, right?

Where’s the constant bliss?

Where’s the non-stop floating on clouds of contentment?

Where are the endless, uuuuuuh, orgasms?

Not here.

At least not constant and non-stop and endless.

Life is always exactly the way it is and can’t be anything else, and there’s nothing you can ultimately do about it, and if it seems that you can, that’s also just what’s happening.

But…

stuff stops being so serious, for sure.

Stuff evaporates easier, and dissolves quicker.

There’s a sense of lightness even though

you still wake up grumpy (some days at least).

You might snarl at the cats (and say sorry straight away because you don’t like how they run away and hide under the couch).

You spill coffee and, well,

maybe you laugh about it.

Or not.

Everything goes on, life continues, and you’ll be part of it, living it.

But not like before.

Old habits will drop.

Precious hobbies will stop making sense.

Tight shit will loosen up.

And sometimes when you walk down the street

you float

you drift

you fly

because life just felt like it.

And the days will feel more like that.

Alive.

A lot.

And you’re still not doing it.

But who cares?

Most certainly not you!
